Materials and Finishes
Sovil ensures the reliability and resistance of its products through the choice of quality raw materials, appropriately treated to last perfectly even in outdoor environments. All products are made of low-lead aluminum or premium thermoplastic material. They undergo specific anti-corrosion treatments for outdoor environments that guarantee resistance to atmospheric agents. The process includes sandblasting, pickling, four washing cycles, and fluorozinc coating, concluding with an epoxy powder primer and a polyester powder surface finish. Some lines are treated with cataphoresis: a specific anti-corrosion treatment that allows excellent coverage, even of corners or crevices, for better adhesion of the final coating to the surface, thus ensuring a more aesthetically refined, resistant, and durable product over time.
